Weighted Pull Ups BW + 45 lbs 5 x 3
Dumbbell bench press w/ 2 sec pause 75 lbers 4 x 5
Dumbbell rows 100 lber 3 x 10
Decent workout, and completed my full week of lifting. Overall, I feel pretty good. Annoyingly though, some whey that I ordered earlier this week has yet to ship. I’m almost out! :-O
On a different note, Amy and I went to see Silver Linings Playbook today. We enjoyed it.
