Press 190 lbs x 1, 135 lbs x 21 total reps

Deadlift 465 lbs x 5 TnG, 405 lbs x 21 total reps TnG

This week in general has not been fun. Rough at work, rough with research, and not much training time. Tonight I finally got back into the gym and just felt rusty and weak. At least deadlifting went well, but pressing was a shit show.
