Bench Press 235 lbs 3 x 2, 205 lbs w/ 2 sec pause 2 x 3

Meadows Rows 120 lbs 3 x 10 each arm

“Circus” Dumbbell Press 100 lb x 6 each arm

Low Cable Row 4 x 10

Decent training session. I tried out Circus Dumbbell presses using a FatGrip and a heavy dumbbell. It’s a fun lift, hopefully I”ll be able to use my Olympic dumbbell to keep going up in weight.
