Monday 3/11 Training

Squat 430 lbs x 1, 345 lbs 3 x 5

Power Cleans 225 lbs 5 x 2, 250 lbs x 2 misses

Didn’t hit a lot of volume, but moved some decent weight. 430 is technically a PR, though I’m not 100% sure I’m hitting depth consistently. I wanted to get a new power clean PR, but missed twice, and decided to just do a bunch of doubles at 90% instead.
