Tuesday 3/12 Training

Clean & Press 175 lbs x 1, 200 lbs x 1, 160 lbs 3 x 5

Weighted Pull Ups BW + 25 lbs 4 x 5

Snatch Grip Press 120 lbs 4 x 4

Barbell Curls 95 lbs 3 x 8

Tonight was filled with grinding of reps, but I got everything done that I hoped for. So that was nice. I’ve pressed 200 lbs out of a rack before, but this was a PR from the floor to overhead.
