Thursday 3/14 Training

Deadlift 475 lbs x 1, 530 lbs x 0, 425 lbs 3 x 5 TnG

Snatch Grip Deadlift 405 lbs 3 x 2

Hamstring Curls 3 x 20

Standing Abs 3 x 10

It is becoming clear that the day I pulled 525 lbs was a fluke. I’m going to swallow my pride and work back up from a 500 lb max. I tweaked a hamstring earlier this week, so I threw in some light high rep stuff at the end.
