Push Press 235 lbs x 1, 260 lbs x 0,0,0,0, 210 lbs 3 x 5

Weighted Chin Ups BW + 35 lbs 4 x 5

Weighted Dips BW + 35 lbs 4 x 5

Meadows Rows 125 lbs 3 x 10 each arm

Tried for a new push press PR and missed it over and over again. Each time I had good leg drive, but couldn’t lock it out. Frustrating.
