Clean & Press 195 lbs x 3, 170 lbs 3 x 5

Dead Stop Bench Press 155 lbs x 8 singles 30 sec pause between reps

Chin Ups 4 x 6

Face Pulls 4 x 15

I was actually surprised how relatively easily 195 lbs went up for a triple. Made me happy. I’m adding in dead stop bench press in an attempt to finally build a decent bench press.
