Friday 3/22 Training

Deadlift 485 lbs x 3, 415 lbs 3 x 7 TnG

Snatch Grip Deadlift 415 lbs 4 x 2

Power Snatch 135 lbs x 4

Hang Power Clean 135 lbs 3 x 10

Another solid training session. Hopefully all this rep work will soon result in a new PR deadlift. It’s certainly been long enough. I was going to try to get 30 power snatches at 135 lbs. That wasn’t happening.
