Clean & Press 195 lbs x 9 singles, 1 miss
Snatch Grip Press 130 lbs 3 x 4
Pull Ups 4 x 6
Dumbbell Bench Press 85 lbers 3 x 5
Even with the missed rep, I was pretty happy with tonight’s training. I missed on the 9th rep, but came back and ground out the 10th rep. That made me feel good.
