Friday 3/29 Training

Deadlift 485 lbs x 10 singles

Front Squat 280 lbs 3 x 3

Standing Abs 3 x 8

Hamstring Curls 3 x 8

Solid pulling tonight. All 10 reps completed over about 25 minutes. I’d like to get it down to 20 minutes. Though just before going to lift I watched a video of Terry Hollands pulling 485 lbs x 20. In a single set.
