Weighted Dips BW + 45 lbs 4 x 6
Lying Tricep Extensions 95 lbs 3 x 6
Meadows Rows 135 lbs 3 x 10 each arm
Tonight was a nice ego boost. The past two weeks had really sucked for push pressing, but tonight felt solid. I even hit the triple at 240 lbs that I didn’t get last week, and I hit it after 7 singles at that weight. Ooohhh yeah.
