Squat 365 lbs x 1, 390 lbs x 5, 315 lbs x 10, 8, 6
Once again, just squatted and got out. I don’t want to make a habit of cutting off accessory work on squat days, but tonight my lower back was just about non-functional at the end of high rep squatting. I did get the new 5RM. But I didn’t come close to my goal of 315 lbs x 20.
