Clean & Press 190 lbs x 5, 150 lbs x 10, 8, 6

Snatch Grip Press 130 lbs 2 x 4, 95 lbs x 8

Weighted Pull Ups BW + 35 lbs 4 x 4

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause on t-shirt 185 lbs 4 x 3

Low Cable Row 3 x 20

New 5RM went up easily, felt like I had another rep or two in the tank. Overall my pressing has been improving a lot.
