Weighted Pull Ups BW + 35 lbs 3 x 5
Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause 190 lbs 5 x 3
Meadows Rows 140 lbs x 10 each arm
Low Cable Row 2 x 15
Decent session. Pressing overhead’s still progressing well, horizontal supine pressing still sucks. My elbow was giving me trouble again so I had to change up how I was rowing. Sucks because I like Meadows rows a lot. Maybe I’ll just have to slow down the weight increases.
