Squat 385 lbs x 1, 440 lbs x 1, 350 lbs  3 x 5

Olympic Squat w/ 3 sec pause 315 lbs 3 x 3

Hit a solid 10 lb squat PR, and finally got 200 kg. Feels damn good. And I forced myself to add in at least a little accessory lifting, but not a whole lot as my hips are screaming at me now in a piercing falsetto.
