Clean & Press 175 lbs x 1, 205 lbs x 1, 165 lbs 3 x 5

Snatch Grip Press 105 lbs 3 x 8

Pull Ups BW 3 x 8

FatGripz Dumbbell Hammer Curls 40 lbers 3 x 6 each arm

Hit another PR! And I’m back to pressing BW + 10 lbs. It went up more easily than 200 lbs did a month or so ago. Here’s hoping for BW + 15 lbs in a month, provided my elbow cooperates.
