Monday 4/15 Training

Squat 365 lbs x 3, 420 lbs x 2, 370 lbs  x 1

Olympic Squat w/ 3 sec pause 320 lbs 4 x 2

Power Cleans 225 lbs x 1, 205 lbs 5 x 3

Dumbbell Straight Legged Deadlifts 75 lbers 2 x 15

Tonight did not go fantastically. I was going for a new 3RM, but missed on the third rep and possibly strained my lower back badly. After that I had to cut low bar squatting short. Power cleans were also sucky. I just can’t seem to get much past 225 lbs.
