Wednesday 4/17 Training

Clean & Press 175 lbs x 3, 200 lbs x 1, 170 lbs 3 x 6

Pull Ups BW 3 x 8

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause on t-shirt 195 lbs 5 x 3

Face Pulls 5 x 10

Was going for a new 3RM press, but didn’t have great focus mentally and missed on the second rep. Always disappointing when that happens. Work continues on bench press. I don’t even like the lift, but I’d like to compete in powerlifting at some point in the future, so it’s got to get better.
