Friday 4/19 Training

Deadlift 490 lbs x 3, 420 lbs 3 x 6 TnG

Snatch Grip Deadlift 420 lbs 3 x 2

Front Squat 290 lbs 3 x 3, 315 lbs x 1

Pulling felt good tonight. All told, 30 reps at 405+ lbs. Now I’ve got a bit of an exertion headache.
