Saturday 4/20 Training

Push Press 240 lbs x 3, 205 lbs 3 x 6

Weighted Pull Ups BW + 25 lbs 3 x 7

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause on t-shirt 200 lbs 5 x 3

Low Cable Row 4 x 8

Some decent pressing tonight. I discovered that if I hold my initial air when push pressing, that first rep goes up much easier. Unfortunately, it also makes me light headed right as the bar goes to lock out. Valuable to know, hopefully I can learn to balance the two effects.
