Monday 4/22 Training

Squat 420 lbs x 10 singles

Olympic Squat w/ 3 sec pause 320 lbs 3 x 3

Power Cleans 210 lbs 5 x 3

Dumbbell Hammer Curls 40 lbers 4 x 8

A pretty brutal training session. I got the 10 singles over 30 minutes, hopefully will get that down to 20 minutes eventually, but tonight I was just grateful to get all of them. My hips are on fire.
