Weighted Pull Ups BW + 45 lbs 4 x 4
Snatch Grip Press 135 lbs 4 x 4 (push press to start)
What a shit show. I was supposed to hit 10 singles tonight at 200 lbs, but everything was off. My right elbow and bicep hurt, and my left shoulder just wasn’t firing. Super lame. Oh well, usually pressing progress for a while while deadlifting and squatting stagnate, and then they switch. Here’s hoping for some more good deadlifting and squatting!
