Push Press 240 lbs x 10 singles
Pull Ups 3 x 8
Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause on t-shirt 210 lbs 5 x 3
Pendlay Row 225 lbs 5 x 5
Pressing went well. Overall a pretty solid training session. I ordered a Slingshot, hopefully it’ll arrive by Tuesday next week and I can start working on some overload benching. Eventually I’ll stop being a piss-poor bench presser and move on up to mediocre!
