Monday 4/29 Training

Squat 315 lbs x 2, 365 lbs x 1, 395 lbs x 5, 315 lbs x 10

Olympic Squat 315 lbs x 6, 7, 5

Lots of squatting tonight. All told: 36 reps at 3 plates or above. I’m pretty sore, and my lower back is really feeling it too. The oly squats were performed with a lot of bounce out of the hole. Turns out, that’s probably easier that low bar squatting for high rep sets. Learn something new everyday.
