Clean & Press 195 lbs x 3, 155 lbs 3 x 6

Bench Press w/  Slingshot 275 lbs 3 x 3, 225 lbs x 9

Low Cable Row 3 x 10

Lat Pull Downs 3 x 7

Pressing overhead continues to stagnate, I was supposed to hit 5 reps, but that wasn’t happening. Maybe I wasn’t entirely focused though, because I really wanted to try out my new toy: a Slingshot. It was awesome! They claim that it’ll add a 10% overload to your benching, but for someone as embarrassingly weak off the chest as I am, it’s probably closer to 15% or 20%. Definitely going to have some fun with that thing.
