Thursday 5/2 Training

Deadlift 475 lbs x 5 TnG

Snatch Grip Deadlift 385 lbs 3 x 5

Front Squat 295 lbs 3 x 3

Light Hamstring Curls 3 x 10

Some solid pulling. Between yesterday and tonight’s sessions, I feel pretty smoked. Hopefully by Saturday I’ll be recovered for push pressing and paused benching.
