Push Press 235 lbs x 5, 195 lbs 3 x 8

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause 215 lbs 5 x 3, w/ Slingshot 225 lbs x 6, 6, 4

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 6

Inverted Rows 3 x 10

Lots of pressing tonight. Felt good, though I really need to get better about balancing with enough opposing pulling work. Without a strong back, you might as well just go home.
