Squat 385 lbs x 1, 445 lbs x 1, 355 lbs 3 x 5

Olympic Squat w/ 3 sec pause 330 lbs 4 x 2

Face Pulls 3 x 20

Squatting felt really good tonight. Accessory work was relatively light, but all in all I felt good about how everything went. Kelly Starnett continues to be a fantastic resource for mobility and movement work.
