Clean & Press 175 lbs x 1, 210 lbs x 1, 170 lbs 3 x 5

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause 220 lbs 3 x 3; w/ Slingshot 275 lbs x 2, 3, 3

Low Cable Row 4 x 8

Lat Pull Downs 3 x 6

I hit a new PR pressing! PRs are always fun, but PRs on my favorite lifts (C&P and deadlift) are the best. Makes it all feel worthwhile. 🙂
