Saturday 5/11 Training

Push Press 265 lbs x 1, 215 lbs 3 x 5

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause 220 lbs 4 x 3, w/ Slingshot 225 lbs x 6, 6, 10

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 5

Low Cable Rows 3 x 8

Face Pulls 3 x 10

This week has gone very well as far as strength training goes. I PR’ed on all 4 lifts that I keep track of. Feels good. 🙂
