Monday 5/13 Training

Squat 375 lbs x 3, 420 lbs x 3, 365 lbs 3 x 5

Light Banded Good Mornings 3 x 25

After last week’s stellar showing, today I wasn’t super motivated and in general felt pretty shitty. Still, 21 reps at 365 lbs or above. Plus I got the triple at 420 lbs that I missed 4 weeks ago with about a rep to spare. I’ll take it.
