Clean & Press 175 lbs x 3, 200 lbs x 2, 175 lbs 3 x 5

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause 220 lbs 2 x 2

Mini Band Pull Aparts 4 x 25

This week’s general lack of motivation continues. Once again I didn’t hit the triple at 200 lbs, but I did get 2 reps instead of 1, so at least that’s progress.
