Push Press 215 lbs x 3, 245 lbs x 3, 210 lbs 3 x 6

Bench Press

     w/ legs up and 3 sec pause 185 lbs 3 x 3,

     w/ pause 225 lbs 3 x 3

     w/ Slingshot 275 lbs 2 x 2

Lat Pull Downs 3 x 8

Low Cable Rows 3 x 8

Pretty solid pressing overhead, and then a bit more screwing about when it comes to benching.
