Wednesday 5/22 Training

Clean & Press 175 lbs x 2, 195 lbs x 3 singles, 135 lbs 3 x 10

Dumbbell Bench Press 75 lbers 3 x 7

Pull Ups 3 x 8

Low Cable Rows x 20, 20, 10

Overall a pretty lack luster session. I missed a training session earlier this week for the first time in 4 or 5 months, so that probably didn’t help, but in the end it doesn’t really matter what a potential excuse is. The past couple weeks have been pretty lousy training wise.
