Deadlift 500 lbs x 10 singles
Front Squat 225 lbs x 3, 300 lbs x 2
The last couple singles were real grinders, and even with straps I lost my grip on the last rep right as I locked out, but I’m happy I got all 10 singles. Front squatting on the other hand was a no go, something felt wrong in my right knee. Stupid knee.
