Saturday 5/25 Training

Push Press 250 lbs x 10 singles

Bench Press

     w/ legs up and 3 sec pause 195 lbs 3 x 4,

     w/ Slingshot 250 lbs 3 x 5

Weighted Pull ups BW + 35 lbs 3 x 5

Low Cable Rows 4 x 6

Overall I’m pretty happy with tonight’s training. The last couple push press singles were rough, but I got all 10, and at 5 lbs heavier than I’d planned originally because I was feeling spunky.
