Squat 365 lbs x 1, 405 lbs x 4

Olympic Squat 330 lbs 3 x 5

Light Banded Good Mornings 4 x 25

Not a super great training session. I was going for a new 5 RM, but rep 4 was a 100% grind, and I knew I didn’t have another rep in me.
