Clean & Press 195 lbs x 4, 155 lbs 3 x 8

Power Clean 205 lbs 2 x 2, 215 lbs 2 x 2, 225 lbs x 1

Bench Press

     w/ legs up and 3 sec pause 195 lbs 3 x 3,

     w/ pause 235 lbs 2 x 2

     w/ Slingshot 275 lbs x 2, 285 lbs x 1

Pull Ups 3 x 8

Another session with some improvement, though not as much as I’d like. Adding 5 lbs to my 5RM overhead press is pretty hard. Power cleans in general continue to be very disappointing.
