Thursday 5/30 Training

Deadlift 405 lbs x 2, 455 lbs x 1, 485 lbs x 4

Sumo Deadlift 385 lbs 3 x 5 TnG

Snatch Grip Deadlift 385 lbs 2 x 3

Stiff Legged Deadlift 225 lbs x 15

Once again, only got 4 of the 5 reps I was shooting for. Overall, I’d give the training session a C+. Progress may be slow, but there’s not else for it but to keep working.
