Sunday 6/2 Training

Push Press 240 lbs x 5, 200 lbs 3 x 8

Bench Press

     w/  3 sec pause 220 lbs 3 x 3,

     w/ Slingshot 265 lbs 3 x 4

Barbell Rows 250 lbs 5 x 5

Light Lat Pull Downs x 30

Decent pressing, and it was nice to hit barbell rows again. I like all kinds of rowing, but hadn’t hit good ol’ barbell rows in a long time. I’m not super strict on them, but then again I’m not a weightlifter so I’m getting a fair amount of low/mid back work each week from heavy deadlifting and low bar squatting.
