Front Squat 300 lbs 3 x 3, 315 lbs x 1, 335 lbs x 1
Push Press 225 lbs 3 x 3
Barbell Rows 255 lbs 5 x 5
I am now back in Austin to finish up my Ph.D. I went to the Rec Sports Center today and man did it feel good to lift some weight again. My scheduling is all messed up due to travel earlier this week, so I just did a Squat/Press/Pull session. Technically 335 lbs is a front squat PR, but really I should be hitting way more weight than that.
