Clean & Press 195 lbs x 4, 2; 155 lbs 3 x 8
w/ 3 sec pause 185 lbs x 1, 220 lbs x 1
w/ Slingshot 245 lbs 3 x 5
Barbell Rows 260 lbs 3 x 5
Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 6
I am really getting frustrated with missing these 5RMs. Bench pressing was also a shit show. On the plus side, one of the UT trainers came over in between sets and asked me if I compete. So apparently I at least look like somebody who is training for strength athletics.
