Thursday 6/13 Training

Deadlift 405 lbs x 2, 485 lbs x  5

Sumo Deadlift 385 lbs 3 x 5 

Snatch Grip Deadlift 385 lbs x 3, 405 lbs x 3, 425 lbs x 1

Stiff Legged Deadlift 250 lbs x 15

Finally I hit another 5RM attempt. It looks like while I’m lifting in UT’s gym all deadlifting is going to have to be touch-n-go. They’ve only got those terrible octagonal plates. I tried resetting between reps, but the bar was frequently out of position. I hate octagonal plates.
