Sunday 6/30 Training

Push Press 250 lbs x 1, 270 lbs x 0, 225 lbs 3 x 5

Bench Press

     w/ Slingshot 235 lbs 3 x 5

Barbell Rows 275 lbs 5 x 5

Hammer Curls 3 x 20

I think training this summer is going to be overall disappointing. But so it goes when there’s other things you have to focus on. It’s also really starting to get hot here. Yesterday it was around 110 degrees.
