Monday 7/1 Training

Power Snatch 150 lbs x 1, 165 lbs x 1, 170 lbs x 1, 145 lbs 4 x 2

Squat  405 lbs x 2, 315 lbs 3 x 5, focusing on bar speed

Leg Press 4 x 6

My olympic lifts are nothing to write home about, but 170 lbs was a PR. Only two weeks in an I altered my squat programming already. Oh well, I wanted to have a bit more weight on my back.
