Wednesday 7/3 Training

Clean & Press 185 lbs 4 x 3

Bench Press w/ 3 sec pause 205 lbs 4 x 3

Barbell Rows 275 lbs 3 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 5

Hammer Curls 25 reps

Training this summer is going to be a crap shoot, but I guess today was acceptable. Benching will forever be my worst lift.
