Push Press 250 lbs x 1, 225 lbs 4 x 3
w/ 3 sec pause 195 lbs 4 x 5
Barbell Rows 285 lbs 4 x 5
Not a great training session, but so it goes. My defense is in less than 5 days, and yesterday my hard drive crashed. Thankfully I’ve got almost all important research stuff backed up remotely, so it was just a matter of putting in a new hard drive and I was back in business. Still, talk about a potential nightmare scenario.
