Sunday 7/14 Training

Deadlift 405 lbs x 1, 500 lbs x 2 singles

Stiff Legged Deadlift w/ 2″  deficit 315 lbs  3 x 6

Front Squat 275 lbs 4 x 3

Felt good to pull 500 lbs again. Even if I’m not making progress at the moment as I focus on other things, it feels good to know I can still pull decently.
