Tuesday 7/16 Training

Wrestler’s Bridge 5 x 30 sec

Clean & Press 190 lbs 6 x 2, 1 x 3

Wide Grip Pull Ups 5 x 6

Hammer Curls 50 reps

My first solid training session in a while. Felt very good. I do enjoy the old clean and press. Between deadlifting and C&P I’m a happy lil’ strength athlete.
